Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Conduct financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements.
Provide recommendations to enhance performance and cost-efficiency.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance or accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and compliance standards.
Proficiency with financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
